You make this sound as a triumph! The ACA is nothing more than a new government hand out which will be paid for by those of us who pay for our health care. No great accomplishment here....To be fai I am hiv+ and pay for my health insurance and health care without any government handouts and I should nto be expected to fund anyone else's helath care.
