As a Filipino-American, this news is not really new at all. The Catholic Church with the rest of the world is growing a backwards mentality. I'm sorry. I have an uncle who is a priest but I condone everything that the church says against homosexuality, spread of HIV/STDs and other non scientific beliefs they have. It's really not good for the Catholic Church. They need to grow up and learn the facts.

I don't know whether to laugh hysterically at this latest denial of scientific evidence by the catholic church, or just to feel incredible relief that this sect of christianity has and continues to lose fellowship and sees continual closings of their theatrical stages in this area (parishes and schools) which they use ......to promote bigotry and hatred. hmmmm
