When I wrote 4 years ago many people made some noise about it, yet now what I said then is the world's call to action. Use proven methods and practices and reduce infection to better treat and care for those in need! If we don't we are just courting disaster as if we do not know and for sure we know. What works works, there is no short cut. Uganda recorded success with no resources, it can be done again and even better now withbetter technology and adequate resources. Blessings. Sam
