as a race,we continue having misguided priorties,an fail to advocate policies for our community.being a black gay male, living with/hiv,my survival depends on me advocating and recieving the same care and sevices as white americans,if i lived any length of time.we must demand the same help as provided in foreign aid to 3rd world nations.there is a old saying, that goes charity begans at home.surely this applies,if black americans have a chance living longer or beating this affliction. mel

Why is it that people are still label Hiv as still a man on man desease if black women are the ones who are the one's comming down with the disease...We need to expose the fact that everyone is at risk here..and that it is not a gay disease it is a human disease..that is part of the problem because i am not gay neither was my husband...so i should never be hiv positive.
