I'm 65 years young and have been living with aids since 1986. I have osteopenia and since becoming undetectable which has only been 3 months ago, my bones and muscles are worse. I have lreay had a fusion and lamencetomy of the 3rd and 4th vertabrae and now the 5th needs another surgery, spinal stenis the traditionalists. say. I say meditate and Shegong. However, both Knees need replacements, this is all bone cartlige, no women's tudies. Why not. I take plenty of calcium.
