International AIDS funding is important. Yet, when I get another phone call from a young teen infected with HIV, "What do I do? My life is over...." I can attest that HIV education is sadly lacking in the Country that elected Obama for "Change". I challenge him to go to ANY Washington, D.C. school and talk about A.I.D.S. The District of Columbia's HIV infection rate has been compared to that of a Third World country. He can help by Leadership in action NOT words. Talk is cheap. A.I.D.S. kills.
