So it has been in Western Europe and the Western world, for 20 years so it is probably everywhere by now. I heard enough of the "don't worry" BS all through the start of the ongoing HIV/AIDS pandemic from the late 1970s, all through the 1980s, and there are prep resistant strains of HIV so even if you are on prep, or Poz and on meds use condoms to avoid getting other strains or types of HIV or Hep C.

You don't need to worry, until this strain develops drug resistance to anti-retrovirals, like so many other strains have.
