Decriminalize

Being poz over half of my life . I can remember when I was banned from entering the USA for 20 years because of my HIV status. After 40 plus years of the Virus ,laws surrounding disclosure are outdated. Science has proven people on Meds who are undetectable can not transmit the virus.U=U 1 in 10 people do not know there Status, When PREP was first introduced though it might help with the STIGMA surrounding HIV . STIGMA still remains and it a barrier to some getting tested .
