Awful. Shameful. PEPFAR has saved countless lives, for sure, but HIV funding is being cut and services are ending here in the US. NO more money for countries that kill Gay people. Bill Gates, please bring your money to Long Island where we could use it for ALL Persons with HIV. Why should not PEPFAR have strings attached? Just one more example of how GLBT people are continuosly marginalized worldwide. And I say, enough is enough.
