It is very sad to see or hear American say one thing and do the other. Why American DEA is fighting the growing of marijuana in Africa and other countries... then behind them, the marijuana drugs is legalised. What does this suppose to the rest of world? is that making fund of other people Economy? That sad.. shame on the American.
it is sad to see that it is taking so long and so much of a fight to get this legalized. I do not personally use pot but I know my hubby would benefit from it. But we are in oklahomo land of bibles and baptists, so it will never happen here. But all the income it would generate would be so helpful. And who knows i might try it if i had a vaporizer.
No no no...Ya wanna get high?? Then stick to ya gin und tonic, i say. That marijuana is no good...smoke kills,,,period...finito!! Dunt be a filanderer, ya want the drug., the take marinol///finished!!!
Sorry to carry on, but think also of all of the trillions of dollars that would be saved in the battle to stop marijuana! It's never going to be stopped! Wake up America! It's a lot less harmful than alcohol and it's legal! I never seen a pothead come home after a night out and beat their wives and kids! I never seen a pothead pass out behind the wheel and kill an entire family for driving erratically! Once again wake up America!
Not to also mention all of the other uses that marijuana can provide! Paper, cloth, ALTERNATIVE FUEL, rope, as well as many many other uses!
I seen on TV the other night that if Marijuana was legalized it would create 7 billion dollars a years in sales tax alone! Not only would it create jobs fom growers and their farms that need employees to the people who process it for sale as well as the business owners that will retail it. Sounds like it would create trillions of dollars if legalized! All of which could be used to safegaurd medicare, social security and other failing gov. programs!

I think this is a wonderful thing. I hope Texas will follow this great thing. I have had the prescription pill which does very little for my nausea. I prefer smoking anytime. I don't abuse it. And when I do smoke I do not drive. I believe each person is affected by it differenty. For me, I become very relaxed and it takes most of the nausea I live with everyday. Weight loss is one of my biggest problems. I have lost from a healthy 125 lbs. to 95 lbs. Like I say, it's a daily struggle.
