Well what do you expect from the same people that launched the Super Bug campaign, when at the time there was only 1 wold case of a person with HIV B and C. Who was only susceptible because wile he was in the acute stage with B and went to Carnival in Rio and contracted C before B set up housekeeping. Early Vac research focused on the viruses blocking effect to new infection.

Although undetectable is the new negative ,monogamous is the best way! People should still be aware of all the STD's as well as hepatitis C ,herpes as well as syphilis rates rising and not rely on just a no viral load to become sexually active again!

NYC, how about putting the rainbow flag and demographics away? EVERYONE is at risk. Us just don't know what you are doing. Let those infected tell you what we DIDN'T know when we were infected. Me? In 1986, health departments and the media were blaming the gays. No one said a word about the rest of us,or to watch for the IV drug users. So, I married a recovering drug addict. He knew, didn't reveal his status and I'm 30 years infected. You are going about it all wrong. Bureaucrats! Go figure.
