William Cooke
Be real. Barebacking is hot. Rubbers are not. Until you accept this as fact, you're not going to be able to talk to those who are most at-risk (ie., barebackers). They will not engage you about condoms. Forget it; they've heard the grim stories. Tell them about PrEP and they might listen, especially if you tell them how accessible and inexpensive (ie., FREE) it can be. Physicians hold a great responsibility here, too, to encourage their patients to learn about PrEP, before they need PEP.
