As part of the 11% that are still alive because resistance testing helped navigate treatment options I find this article pretty demeaning. It appears that the big money these days is in PrEP. Big Pharma has a larger demographic to market their overpriced drugs to and by PrEP protocols requiring testing every three months to be on PrEP ASOs are keeping their clinics and pharmacies humming. Resistance testing has helped keep early long term survivors alive.
