Bravo to the judge for having the ability to push for one step further in uncovering the truth in HIV. I cannot give any leeway with the + person for neglecting to tell their status, yet this is a message to all adults to take your own protection and responsibility for your health. I was infected as a naive teen from my 'boyfriend'-a man who did not disclose and knowingly infected me. Unfortunately he is still doing the same almost 20 years later. Very sad for any of us.
