I make just a little too much money so I don’t qualify for any assistance for my medication co-pays which are over $600! All of the medications are tier 5 that would work for me. I have Premera Blue Cross insurance. This is a travesty!! I’d love to find out a way to make my necessary medications more affordable.

I have BCBS through my employer and they no longer take the manufacturer's copay assistance card. Many BCBS have different policies and many will not offer the 90 day mail option. Health care in this country is the worse. We need the Medicare for all like Jimmy Dore is endorsing.

AND Blue Shield Medicare D removes meds like Trogarzo from their formulary so that an "exception" needs to be requested through a maze of bureaucracy. So much for covering all HIV antivirals@

This also happened to me in New York state. I couldn't get my meds for 3 days and had to go to a specialty pharmacy 40m from my house to get them POS insurance companies.. If we really wanted to end HIV, these meds would be ACCESSIBLE AND CHEAP!!!!!!

Even in NYC all HIV medications can only be dispatched in a 30 days supply at a time, while many other medications are given in 90 day intervals.
