I knew a poz and neg couple who never used condoms. They both thought they were poz until years later when one tested neg. After a decade, they still didn't use condoms and the poz guy was not on meds yet. How was the neg guy still neg after near daily poz loads for a decade? We found out he has Lupus, which is an autoimmune disease that supercharges the immune system. I doubt all Lupus people can fight off HIV, but he sure has!
