Can i circumcise when im HIV positive and what might be complications if there any?

How nice another group of people having circumcisions for the false security that it may prevent them from getting HIV. The studies are flawed, if the same study were done in industrialized countries the results would be far different. Out of industrialized countries the US has the highest rate of HIV infection as well as circumcision! So much for the false notion that genital mutilation prevents HIV.
