HIV services within the US are being cut constantly and we are told there just is no money yet you find $45M to send out of the country? People here suffering here due to lack of funds and he wants to increase our assistance to other countries. How can you take care of others when you cannot take care of your own Mr. Bush? HELP US HERE FIRST!!!! Shame on you!
