Oh I LOVED Monroe! He was my favorite character. I had the biggest crush on him lol ( I was 10 lol). He reminded me of my uncle Larry. See Larry waa gay. I never knew it till I was a teenager. He was just uncle Larry to me. But he was funny, kind and loving. And I loved my uncle Jack... Larry's " special" friend. They were together 25 in 93. Until my uncle passed away. Thank for Monroe! He's a wonderful character that's so fun and special to me!

I loved the chemistry between you and Ted knight! I thought that relationship was the funniest thing on TV at the time! How quickly u could anger him! I'm sorry u had to hide your sexuality from him. I have a gay son and I know that he struggles fitting in and I wish that things were different for his sake. Being gay is so hard for anyone in the missouri ozarks. I grew up with a guy that had to stay closeted and I never had any idea he was gay. I'm sure he suffered in silence
Enjoyable read. Just want to say Hi to Jim. My husband Dan Weaver created his talk show Jim J & Tammy Faye. I was Set Decorator, & it was a real HOOT. The 2 of them together was hilarious...too bad it was short lived, as Tammy became quite ill. So many wonderful memories to reflect on. All the best to Jim...Lee Moore.
Being 66 now, we grew up in the same era. I didn’t know what gay was until I was 20! I would loved to have been friends with you! It’s so nice to know you are living your best life now!
I had SUCH a crush on Jm J during TCFC. He was sexy and funny and his pants fit so well lol. It’s been nice watching him here and there thru the years, so many of us didn’t survive let alone find a nice little spot in life like he seems to have found.
I understand where he is coming from. I liked most of the same characters. Funny thing is, I always knew he was gay. Somethings you can't hide. Never got beaten up, but I do remember those words queer, fag and others. That's why I will never Identify with the LGBTQ community. I refuse to use the q term. I feel our community has been hijacked by the far left activist, who want too much.we fought for these rights in the 80's and ,90's, and now I see the destruction of it. AIDS was a wake up call,
