Yjr continued spread of HIV is not alarming. What is alarming is the lack of interest and/or support given to this epidemic, by countless people around the world. This epidemic isn't new; HIV remains a priority, but it seems many believe it is a waste of time, effort, and money trying to fight a losing battle.
