Isn't the name of this site Poz? It may be time to abandon this constant negative reporting. I don't know what this "decline in everyday function" is all about, and what statistics are behind. What I know is that I have been infected for 26 years, under tri- and now bi-therapy for 20 years and at 59yo I am doing fine, thank you. My life expectancy is higher than the average because the follow-up of HIV+ people in my country is much sharper than average. So, stop this propaganda!
