Actually RichardUK, they up'd the dosage and achieved 95% suppression rate at 525mg. No side effects, and no resistance build up. They have people on it over 5 years and no change either. You may of been talking about the 350mg rate? A lot of the pills people are taking are toxic. How do you think NASH started? Side effect to daily pills. Leronlimab will be the drug that delivers for HIV and in many indications, including NASH and Cancer.

@E. Briefly, I think you are expressing things here more positively than they actually are in reference to this particular antibody treatment. @jacobraul14 is one of the one third for whom this antibody treatment worked fully in the first year. For the other two thirds of people it worked less well on a sliding scale down to hardly working at all. And in subsequent years it worked for less people!e than the first year. You are seeing a glass one third full as full, @E. Briefly.

After all of these years, an improved HIV treatment with few, if any side effects! Leronlimab is safe and effective, and does not have any of the downsides of current treatment medications. This may be a major breakthrough, not only for treating HIV with an antibody, but also cancer! We could be on the verge of a major new weapon that is safe and effective for long-term treatment. Very exciting!.

CRISPR/Cas9 gene therapy could lead to a permanent suppression of HIV without the need for daily pills or weekly injections. We need immediate human trials, not animal studies. We need a modern day ACT UP to demand a CURE, not more treatments to make Big Pharma more money.
