I am an emergency room nurse and I am POZ. I had laboratory blood work done at work and my viral load was high and my T-Cells were less than 50. The dept of Health of FLorida went directly to my job and Boss and inquired about who I was and why I was not in their records. All this was unbeknownst to me until my boss texted me that the State of Florida Health Dept was there asking questions and wondering if I was on any medications and trying to obtain any information she could on me.isthis legal
