The problem with CIPLA for me is quality for their is little checks in complex arvs, cheap yes ,but not sure what's in it,plus not sure who making them child labor and profits go back to the sheik with 6 wives while they watch out their palace of all the hungry children begging at the gates for a crumbs of their wealth, At least American brand orginal quality and give some charity back to the communities, I do not think CIPA knows the word charity or taking care of the poor and oppressed.

An AIDS-Free Generation is not possible until KIDS SERVICING THE SEX TRADE IN BOYS have safe houses to run to & access HIV/AIDS treatments & commit to the rigorous medical regimes they will have to take for the rest of their lives. Detection-detainment-incarceration juvenile justice systems and immigration detention centers is an inhumane public health policy. The kids are infected four times the rate than another group of youth in the USA.

The time has come for America to reduce the bill it pays for HIV/AIDS medications, by inviting companies like CIPLA to supply affordable meds to the USA. This will allow the USA to facilatate HIV/AIDS treatment for everyone its own Territories. An humanitarian disaster in an economic crisis, calls for an humanitarian response.

The simple answer is that the brave men and women who had the courage to come out and demand balance of power for the injustice of stigma, shame and immoral acts upon a person who was branded as having AIDS, stood up to articulate and fought in a power of groups to demand these funding or lobbied for social justice funding to End AIDS. On this path Malaria, TB came to the light and in a perfect world, there would not be a need for line items within community health, if all were in honor.

Why exactly should HIV funding be privileged over funding for Malaria or Tuberculosis? All three conditions kill.

I am all for both programs, However for Chris the simple answer is we all are going to have to give something up in an attempt to come back to a balance budget. And their must be a gentle push to show other countries that the spoon feeding to treat their people with respect needs to come from the inside of their country, yes USA can help but not supply universal healthcare for the Globe. Like Egypt my God 2000 years of government time to get it right. Use some of their money and fund Healthcare
