I an not surprised. Do they do follow up, and keep stats on bad outcomes? How many men died due to infection. The way to stop the spread of HIV is to get people to have one partner at a time, and not to have sex with one time contacts. Second to use non latex condoms, latex sucks. Third to identify and treat all HIV infected people. This is what is working here in BOSTON,MA, USA . Our new infection rate is dropping. FIND, AND TREAT, AND KEEP IN TREATMENT.

Good news. The men of Zimbabwe are smart to avoid the racist, medically fraudulent "circumcision campaign." Circumcision does NOT prevent sexually transmitted HIV. CONDOMS prevent sexually transmitted HIV. The bottom line is that men who are intact and men who have had their foreskins amputated all need to use condoms to prevent HIV. When given this choice the intelligent and informed man will choose to keep his whole penis, and use a condom.

So let's bring back those millions to the U.S. to ensure that our struggling ASOs remain viable and HIV+ persons receive services.

This is NOT a preventative. I cannot believe that there is a fund for circumcision. Those monies should go for condoms and education on safe sex. Circumcision has prove pointless in reducing the spread of HIV/Aids.
