I wish Hillary would specifically address the loss of the Medicare COLA in 2016 and the change in Medicare Special Needs Plans instituting co-pays for specialists, diagnostic testing and hospital visits. The loss of the COLA makes these important and necessary tests almost a matter of eating or staying healthy and alive.

I admire and support Hillary. She is a woman with a strong moral compass. As a man living with HIV and looking to retire, I worry. I worry about access to the quality health care provided to me through my employer's health plan. I worry about the state of the Affordable Care Act and its viability moving into 2017 and beyond. I don't see Hillary addressing the immediate and urgent need for those living with HIV and AIDS to access yet alone afford the quality health care. That scares me.
