Given the results of the PARTNER study of no transmissions when the blood plasma levels were less than 200 and given that folks on treatment usually hit undetctable (often defined much more rigoourously as less than 20 copies per ml of blood). Why are we agonising about semen levels? Clearly the levels being detected in semen are not a big risk factor at all as evidenced by the studies into transmission.
