Well I still have HIV but was able to clear HEP C on my own without treatment. Apparently ~%5 do, according to what little reading I've done on the subject.

I had hep c and hiv poz undetectable and lymphoma cancer brought on by both. I got cured of the lymphoma with treatment and afterwards was put on the new harvoni med for the prescribed 12 weeks. After 8 weeks the hepC was gone. It can be cured.
