Thank you for sharing your story. It really hit home and validated what I had been feeling for a while now. I’ve been HIV+ for 36 years and quarantined since the very beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak. I’m living well and plan on continuing to do so. But I couldn’t figure out why I was suffering so much anxiety! You nailed on the head.
