No... dbeck from houston I read the whole article... and I read between the lines. I think he's a disgruntled employee... blaming everyone but, himself? for his actions... he was put on long term leave in 2008... I'm sure theres alot more to this story than being reported... Delta follows guidelines for ADA very closely... I'm sure he gave them plenty of reasons to dismiss him... but, no I was not thinking of the jetblu employee... I am aware of some companies that still discriminate. Not this..

Large corporations discriminate more than you might think against hiv disclosing employees. I know from personal experience after I disclosed my status to my supervisors and HR leave management of my status. I worked in sales and had brought the company over 300 active accounts. They have no right to discriminate based on their personal fears and not wanting to work with me because I am positive. People must stand up against these major corporations who do not care about the working people.

This flight attendant is having 2nd thoughts for his actions... his lawsuit is full of Crap! I know plenty of people who are employed with the airline industry who are HIV+ and they do their jobs professionally!!!
