Let's all support this guy and boycot delta airlines. until they change this rule and reinstate this man. just because he has hiv i believe delta is discriminating. so let's spread the word don't fly delta airlines starting 9-20-2015 !! change your plan and tell them why you are delta is off my fly list now. Maybe its time they go the way of TWA and Panama and eastern airlines out of business. BOYCOTT NOW!
My husband uses for the same reasons but fortunately has never had a problem. Mr. Haslett - not everyone uses it for pain, you are very wrong to think that it leads to heroin when neither the man in this article or my husband have ever used anything 'harder' than this.
Delta has a reputation for their subversive ways at discriminating those with HIV. From their special insurance restrictions, HR pressure, to keeping lists of people with HIV.There is a constant fear factor at the job for those with HIV. Another employee said a manager told her that "they" are expensive.
I now would have to side with Delta on this one. There are many who started use this drug to help with pain and other health problems, only for the drug to do with them as it does for those who smoke it, they get to the point that it stops working as well for them so they move up to herion or other illegal drugs because it only works for just so long before it stops helping you.

I hope Jeffrey wins this case and sets precidence. Having issues with insomnia related to my Triumeq and work in an industry that prohibits use of weed. Go Jeff Go
