The problem is access to treatment because of price gouging by big pharma. Only 30 percent of Americans are undetectable in our for-(massive) profit healthcare system. In Europe the percentage of HIV+ with undetectable viral load is over 60 percent. Capitalism is not the "Balm of Gilead". In capitalism, when someone gains, someone loses. Only the "federal reserve", which is actually a private - not Federal - organization, can make profits out of thin air, and make future generations pay.
