China lifted the ban on hiv pos people entering in 2010 but the usa didnt lift the ban until after then. my son passed away in usa in 2008 but i couldnt go to see him or for the funeral because my daughter is hiv pos and couldnt get the permission to enter - its totally disgusting that any country or airline should have this ban.

Glad they are suing the airline, its awful that hiv pos people are discriminated against. there are countries that discriminate too which should not be allowed either. we are still human beings and yet hiv pos people are treated like lepers when we are in the 21st century!!!!
