POSITIVETHINKING

Well, I've been HIV+ for 19 years and on meds since diagnosis. And, I'm heading for hip replacement end of January after 2 years of pain and what was finally diagnosed by NYU Langone as a dying hip bone. They immediately said it was HIV-- and my specialist confirmed-- either from the meds or the disease they don't know. But other doctors had me endure the pain because at 56 they couldn't see how I needed hip replacement. Well, I can't wait. Another day in pain is too much to bear.
