This is really oddly coincidental (but in a good way!). Just yesterday, as a "New Year Effort," I started an exercise walk...and went three miles (with a break at halfway). The whole enterprise took me 90 minutes, and I felt GOOD! I'll begin by doing this 3x/week, and get it up to daily as soon as I "adjust." LOL, I'm a Senior and retired (poz since 1986), so the "old bones and joints" are complaining a bit at the beginning!
