And to add and clarify because I was not able to expand in my previous post, we should get real and have to tell a sexual partner before the act if we have any STD which includes of course HIV/AIDS. But with HIV/AIDS we should tell also if we are on ARV treatment, what our viral load is, etc. Surely the emperor is in the nude...

BUT it surely is a criminal act to have sex with someone and not disclose that you have HIV or any STD. Personally I think that someone who knowingly puts another at actual risk of the contraction of herpes, syphilus, gonorrhea, chlamydia, hepititis, HIV, herpes, HPV and the rest is being criminal. We should prosecute for all of them equally not just HIV. STDs are so rampant in general because people have not been and are not being prosecuted for knowingly putting others at risk.
