I find these kind of reports, though important, verging on being unnecessarily "alarmist". I realize you are presenting just the facts. But this report, as with others, deserves additional perspectives by HIV specialists for your readers. My partner and I are 78 & 66 years old living undetectable and very healthy with HIV for over 26 yrs. We always enjoy two glasses of wine every evening. This report would suggest our chances were high that we should have died by now or will die soon!
