I dare to say it's the same regards exercise be you poz or neg. You so don't want to exercise because you feel depressed. You do it and still feel depressed while doing it. Only after you've showered and changed after having done the exercise do you start to feel better for it. So, it's a case of biting the bullet to do the exercise you so don't wanna do. It really is.
