A court employee in East London, South Africa, allegedly is selling what he claims to be a cure for HIV, DispatchOnline reports. After being notified of the fake cure by a concerned reader, the newspaper sent a reporter posing as a buyer to the court employee. The seller described the substance as “oxygen therapy” and claimed to use it himself. The man said to use five drops with water three times a day. However, the label warned that the substance was corrosive and should not come into direct contact with skin and eyes.
