The amount that the pain Clinic is paying is not much at all so with that lil bit of money they are sure to do it again hmmm $10,000.00 they can do as they pleased it appears to me. I'm a PWA
I have a 'sort of similar' issue in that I seem to get minimal "treatment" when going to the ER. Had a recent bulging disc and, even though they made me use a wheelchair because I could hardly walk/stand, they wouldn't give me crutches beacause I was "already unstable enough" and that they "knew what was best for me" and that "it was just a muscle strain"(sic). I had told 4 of the staff that is how I fix it but I did have crutches anymore. They also made MAJOR info. mistakes in my record. WHY??
A $10,000 payment to the women who was Denied pain treatment. Just a tiny slap on the wrist; she deserves much more for illegal discrimination & denial of treatment.
