Yes this is true & glad to find action being taken. I looked up insurance best for me under Medicare & it gave me Humana Gold Plus. My rep never told me that I would have to spend over $5,000 out of pocket for Category 4 listed medications which includes my HIV Med amongst others. The Pharmacy went ahead & dispensed without telling me that such a co pay was charged to me. I told her I could not pay $745.00 for my med one month then another $645 the following. I filed for OHDAP but still owe.
