Any plan that does not include the word "CURE" will NOT succeed! The other steps are a band-aid on the problem. HIV will continue to exist until it is successfully eradicated from everyone. The other "Steps" will NOT bring and end to this global pandemic. Stop living in a delusional bubble! HIV continues to kill long-term survivors everyday, since everyone with HIV (no matter how well controlled) will experience accelerated aging and early onset of terminal illnesses. COMMIT TO A CURE!
