So a young man in texas gets drunk and kills 4 people, gets off with afflenza defense because he is rich and spoiled,me being H.I.V I always tell potential partners,i live in a conservative red state and I know how they feel about gay people, the 4 men he put at wrisk, how long can you have unprotected sex off the internet and not expect to get exposed, what he did was wrong, but to get more time than murderers, young gay men, view every stranger you have sex with as h.i.v.,stay out of court.

In my opinion it is discriminatory BUT NOT draconian at all. The law should criminalise any person who knowingly has put or puts another person at risk of HIV/AIDS or any other STD. The fact that people have been allowed to get away previously with passing on STDs actually fuelled the epidemics in STDs in the 20th and 21st centuries. Liberalism, laxity and carelessness basically screwed us. Is it too late?
