The gay lawyer who died of bacterial meningitis in a Los Angeles outbreak a couple of years ago prompted me to get vaccinated. I rarely hookup, but it's better to be safe than sorry. His death was a wakeup call for many of us. PrEP can't protect you against bacteria! Go get vaccinated!
