I first thought too was what about genotyping and phenotyping test before starting a person on a refinance. My second immediate thought was was is this not being filed out in Duval County (Jacksonville) which has the highest rate of infections in the state? While I think it's a good turnaround for our Department of Heath had having the largest number of people on the medication waiting. Nothing is ever perfect, but there's always room for improvement.

This sounds like a good idea but what about resistance testing? When I tested + ten years ago I had to wait about a week for the genotype & phenotype resistance testing to happen. I'm guessing that can happen the same day now? If however, it still takes a week for these lab results to come back, how can they prescribe pills on day one?
