Good luck, I'm a Navigator, work at West Hawaii Community Health Center, so I do outreach in my community and provide affordable health insurance through ACA/ Obama care and State assistance, I've tried to reach the community on Grindr, Growler and Craigslist, through the two Gay/mixed bars including a Pride Event, I've talked up PREP, safe sex, trying to gather info for my HRSA Grant the way I get paid through my job, it's very hard to get any response from my community, approximately 5900.
Truvada works well at reducing HIV transmission and controlling the virus in HIV infected individuals. Not all of us react well to this drug my Neurologist flat out said was "Toxic." Indeed it was for me. It gave me osteopenia, peripheral and autonomic polyneuropathy. I dropped and have remained undetectable on Dolutegravir alone.
