An end-user’s eyes may glaze over reading all the complicated med histories and brand names. And then we perk up; “I take / took that”. A prescriber like Dr Walensky is probably right that a mass of prescribed alternative scrips for younger healthier PTs could help undermine Gilead’s dubious profit (gouging) model. But why not reject the entire healthcare and drug development for-profit model altogether? Over the long term, which one is really “pie in the sky”? Which model serves patients best?

I read a study in Canada on TDF and TAF. The study said the the new TAF had larger increases in fat/triglycerides in your system. I switched to TAF about 2 years ago and now I'm battling high triglycerides and a fatty liver which I didn't have before. Wish I had never changed.
