Thank God for Larry Kramer's consistent willingness to speak truth to power. I am so tired of hearing about sleeper cells, resistant strains of HIV, and hidden HIV reservoirs in the body that current drugs can't reach or have no effect on. Then you hear about researchers trying to development drugs to address those issues. As Larry advocates, CURE research should THE PRIMARY focus! After 35 years, can't somebody find a cure for God's sake?

About time someone said it! If "activists" and researchers spent half as much effort working towards a cure instead as they spend rationalizing against it, this disease would be over and done before most of us was diagnosed diagnosed. The longer I live with HIV, the more convinced I become that Kramer is the beating heart and soul of HIV activism. Too bad about what's happened to the rest of the body...
