Just a suggestion that people who choose not to go on treatment early, those for the first several years of treatment, as well as after taking any antibiotics, should consider taking a good probiotic supplement with food, in consultation with their physician.Unfortunately, best brands can be $25+ for a month's supply. It also helps with watery stools or diarrhoea when beginning ARV's. Or eat 200 grams plain yogourt daily, add fruit only before eating the portion to max the probiotic content.
