So not for sale in the US, and no relief for treatment caps or capricious coverage decisions? So IOW this drug is as worthless to most people reading this magazine as the author of this article is to us.

Andrew: Maybe not "worthless". A person can fly to India and undergo a full course of treatment, including food and lodging, for FAR less than a course of therapy inside the USA using the meds offered here. Sofosbuvir plus daclatasvir is similar; I'm still virus free 15 month post treatment. It was easy to import to the US with a US physician's prescription. Don't believe me blindly. Do your homework to check it out.
